Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer service team at support@palomahardware.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team at support@palomahardware.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

Please provide us with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the defective or damaged item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a new item to you free of charge within 3 business days.
