How long will it take to receive my order?
  1. Estimated delivery time within JABODETABEK is a maximum of 4 business days after payment. Order is processed the next day after payment and order is processed the day after tomorrow if payment is received after 2 PM. 
  2. Estimated delivery time beyond JABODETABEK depends on the delivery type:
  • Regular delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days.
  • Freight delivery takes approximately 3-14 business days.

  Note: The delivery process depends entirely on the courier company.

What payment methods do you accept?

 Bank transfer is the only payment method accepted by PALOMA at this time. It’s safe, reliable, and easy to do. Please transfer to one of PALOMA’s official bank accounts under the name PT Paloma Hardware:

For your safety, please be aware of scams and ensure you transfer only to these accounts. Keep your proof of transfer safe.

Do you offer free shipping?

 We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website. This way, you can focus on picking out the products that you love without worrying about additional charges at checkout. For some larger items, we may use a freight shipping service to ensure safe delivery. 

What is your return policy?
How do I request a quote?
  1. Visit the PALOMA website and browse through our wide selection of architectural and sanitary hardware products.
  2. As you find items you’re interested in, click the “Add to Quote” button on each product page. This will add the product to your quote list.
  3. Once you’ve added all the products you want to inquire about, click on the “Quote List” icon located in the top right corner of the website. 
  4. Carefully review your quote list to ensure all the products and quantities are correct. If necessary, you can adjust the quantities or remove items from the list. Once you’re satisfied with your quote list, click the “Request a Quote” button.
  5. Once you’re satisfied with your quote list, a form will pop up asking for your contact information, including your name, email address, address, and phone number. Fill out this information accurately to ensure you receive the quote.
  6. Once you’ve entered your contact information, review it again for accuracy. Then, click the “Send Your Request” button to send your quote request.
  7. PALOMA’s team will review your quote request and send you a detailed quote via email. The quote will include the product descriptions, quantities, prices, and any applicable shipping or tax charges.
  8. Once you receive the quote, carefully review it to ensure it matches your expectations. If you have any questions or need modifications, contact PALOMA’s customer service team. If you’re satisfied with the quote, you can proceed with placing your order.
